Not funny… but it kinda is…
So just now, I’m lying here in bed about to go to sleep and I get up to turn out the light… I look over on the wall and there’s a BUG! I am not pleased… I am tired of all the bugs here in the house and it was time for revenge. I pick up one of my shoes and approach the creature with my shoe-sole switched from stun… to KILL! I hesitate… is this a roach, or is this a firefly? Not sure… oh well… I give him/her a nice smash on the wall. Well, it turns out it was a firefly cause apparently when you smash them, the little guys’ guts glow on the wall for a little while. Ok… just had to get that out and tell someone. Just FYI next time you go to smash a bug… keep a camera ready because you never know when their guts might glow!

hahah! Yes bugs are definately not fun at all! I remember one time I was lying in bed about to fall asleep, and you know how when you first get into bed and the covers are settling on you it kind of feels like somethings crawling on you? lol well I didn’t pay no mind to it.. About two seconds later I realized something really was crawling on me, a cricket to be exact, crawling up my arm onto my neck… and I think I jumped about 8 feet outta bed! people in mexico probably heard me scream! It was frightning…
June 9th, 2008 at 3:26 am

plus im alrgic to bug bits ha :[
June 9th, 2008 at 8:01 am
We don’t have many fireflys in North Dakota, only way out on farms like when we go out there w/ a telescope we can see them, but they aren’t very common.
I’ve never seen bug guts glow on the wall… Hey! Maybe it’ll be the next modern art craze! Like splatter painting it’ll be glowing bug squashing! lol jkjkjk
June 9th, 2008 at 12:07 pm
Yeah I know of people that would kill fireflys on their faces to have the glow guts glowing on their faces and their shirts. I just like catching them and putting a bunch in a jar! lol

I have always hated bugs, no matter what kind they are. I use to really hate moths when they were in my house and I wouldn’t go to sleep unless my dad or brothers came in and took it out for me. Don’t ask I was a big cry baby when I was little. And because of this my brothers like to tease me with bugs when they captured them. Being the youngest between your parents is not very fun.
June 10th, 2008 at 8:12 am
Yeah, moths used to always get in our room back when my sister and me shared a bedroom. I remember it was impossible to sleep just knowing they were in there so my sister and I would stay up half the night trying to kill them. Usually we just had to let them fly out the window.
June 10th, 2008 at 9:38 am
I remember a cockcroach creeped inside my shirt. Not fun at all. T_T
June 10th, 2008 at 10:17 am
EWWW joahnna i would cry so much haha
did u ?
June 10th, 2008 at 10:40 am
Oh my gosh… When I was on a youth retreat with my church, there were five girls staying in one room and we were gonna stay up all night long–to prank the boys! But at about midnight there was this HUGE bug on the wall–we all screamed like girls and couldn’t decide who was gonna kill it! I think it eventually flew into hiding, but we were scared to death that the next two nights the bug was gonna come back!
And Joahnna, that is so gross! I’d scream so loud ;-7
June 10th, 2008 at 11:11 am
Christian, funny you should mention turning off light switches… this weekend our small church group went to the beach. The two of us were sleeping in the same room together and when it came time for bed… we were arguing as to who should turn off the light!! When “DING!!” light bulb moment… lets throw a water bottle at it and see if we can turn it off. Marygrace was closest and had a clear shot so she got to throw it. The small mirror above the light switch did not phase us. So the water bottle was hurled the first time, hit the switch, but did not turn the light off. So, we concluded we needed a little more speed and a flick of the wrist behind the toss. So, it rolled back to us and Marygrace tried it one more time. The following events happened in this order: Marygrace threw the bottle, hit and shattered the mirror, Courtney was dying laughing, Marygrace started crying, the small group leader busts through the door and starts laughing, and MG had to sweep up the fragments of broken glass. Moral of the story kids: Don’t throw water bottles at light switches unless there no mirror above it!!!
I know what your thinking right now and yes we are the Funk Sandwich Winners. Sorry we couldn’t get back to you sooner but we’ve been so busy. We would like to take this time to thank you, we really got a kick out of it. By the way… what sport does Pat play cause we couldnt help but notice Pats name was on the back of the jersey???!!!
Can’t wait for the new album!! We don’t know if you were serious about the release party but if so keep us posted!!! Luv ya’ll!! And never forget Proverbs 31:30-31 (hahahahahahahahaha)
June 10th, 2008 at 3:50 pm
omg!lol! when i was a kid we would collect the bugs and then late when the parents were asleep we would smash them on paper to draw with!!!! nasty I know but hey I was a kid. =]
June 10th, 2008 at 8:07 pm
Yea it is funny..even tho i absolutely hate bugs..except for tarantulas because i keep them as pets …yea im pretty wierd. haha but who isnt????
Amplify Christ.
Live him loud.
Heidi!
June 10th, 2008 at 8:16 pm
Joahnna I would have screamed so loud if that happened!
My friend Carley has a bug collection going to 4H. She’s not disgusted by it at all… Which is really weird….
Courtney and Marygrace what are you talking about a release party for the CD?
Jeremiah 1: 4-8 is awesome!!!
June 11th, 2008 at 4:59 am
Well a long time ago…when Unhindered first began to post blogs and video journals about the new album they mentioned an album release party.

Here’s a lovely story for ya…I went on a mission trip to Jamaica with Teen Mania about two years ago. (For anyone going to Garden Valley, beware the fire ants…They’re killer!) On the first night in Jamaica, we were all told to be sure there was no food or crumbs anywhere and to make sure our bags were closed really really good because they have a lot of bugs. The next morning I woke up to a deafening scream. One of the girls in my room had apparently opened her bag in the middle of night for some reason and forgot to shut it. When she woke up she found three giant (We’re talking literally the size of your fist) cockroaches inside her bag munching on the food that was inside. Needless to say, there was a lot more screaming and our team leader came rushing through the door and started screaming with us. Looking back it was a really funny scenario but….it still grosses me out. So…for anyone going to a tropical country, keep your bags closed!!!
June 11th, 2008 at 9:02 am
My mom wouldn’t bring her suitcase inside the house after just going to Oregon b/c they have these gross bugs that are harmless but really disgusting. She brought her suitcase into the garage and then brought in each item of clothing into the house individually after a huge inspection. It took forever but it was kinda funny to watch.
At camp there aren’t any leaches in the lake but they tell you not to wear dark colored swimsuits and if you do to look them over really carefully before they dry b/c there are these things we call “see-through leeches” that will hook onto them and you just have to grab them and tug them off but its still totally disgusting. At least they don’t suck blood!
June 12th, 2008 at 7:55 am
Hey Danielle, I remember I almost cried. T_T To Lauren and Natalie, YES! I did scream like crazy. I started jumping and squirming frantically. The people that saw me said I really looked funny squirming in fear but when they learned a roach just creeped inside my shirt, they felt bad. Imagine how gross and stinky a big, brown, hairy cockroach is… (Barf)
Ha! ^_^

June 12th, 2008 at 11:40 am
ewww i wanna scream ust hearing that
i had a bee in my shirt andit kept stingin me like crazy and im alergic to bug bits so it didnt help but when i was tryin to get it out everyone was laughting at me i was crying :[
June 12th, 2008 at 11:48 am
Hey Joahnna, is your name really spelled that way , or is it just a typo? I know that question was kind of random, but for some reason I’m thinking that your name should be spelled Johanna (ABSOLUTELY NO offense if that is how you spell it though; it’s actually kind of cool!)…
June 12th, 2008 at 4:00 pm
i’m tired of all the bugs in my house too they’re mainly moths but equally annoying. i have a horse and with a horse comes many flies so you have to buy fly spray. i have 3 bottles of fly spray and i brought one into my room and just sprayed it every where. so now my room smells like citronella (a smell mixed between flowers and lemon) but there are no more bugs!
June 12th, 2008 at 9:55 pm
Hey Danielle! I know what it feels like! Huhu! T_T
And for Lauren… Yep! It is JOAHNNA. People have asked me why not JOHANNA or just JOANNA. Well, according to what I know… my parents wanted a name that sounded like JOANNA yet with an H (Silent H)… Why? Because I was supposed to be named JOHN! They have derived my name from “joHn” from the Bible. Because during the first few months of my mom’s pregnancy, they taught I was a boy! HA! ^_^
So…
JOHN = JOaHNna
=)
June 12th, 2008 at 10:00 pm
And one more thing, in case you might ask (like most people) WHY JOHN? Because for my mom, JOHN means BELOVED. She told me that she almost thought of naming not JOAHNNA but BELOVED! Good thing she stick with what I have now! =D
June 13th, 2008 at 9:14 am
Omg, my parents though I was gonna be a boy, too! But they thought so until I was born b/c my mom tried not to have sonograms b/c she wasn’t really sure if they might cause damage to me or something, so they were all prepared to name me “James Earl Alexander”! That’s right 2 middle names after my two grandpas. That doesn’t sound too bad until you try to give me a nickname: Jimmy Earl or Jimmy Al. Luckily they had a girl name ready too after no other name sounded good and they loved listening to Natalie Cole. Yeah, that’s right, Natalie Cole.
June 13th, 2008 at 4:20 pm
haha if i was a boy i would have been named dylan ha
June 13th, 2008 at 8:29 pm
I’m going to Colorado to see my great uncle carl in the morning cuz my mom promised ten yrs ago that when he turned 100 she’d bake him a cake and now he did so this is most likely the last time I’ll be on the internet until Wednesday. maybe i’ll get back on tomorrow morning but i’m rly not sure.
oh, and pray that we get there and back safe and my uncle carl is sick and he’s not a christian so of course that’s a little concerning…

June 17th, 2008 at 6:59 pm
Hey Danielle, I mean the tourism website of your town in particular. Here’s the address: http://www.visitwarwickri.com - Check this out. It’s pretty cool. By the way, I think these were the verses you were looking for:
1 John 3:15
“Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.”
Matthew 5:28
“But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”
And Lauren! I checked your town too! On Wikipedia. But your town’s website is under construction. I wanted to look for pictures so I just went to google it. There were a few pretty cool pictures of Landis I saw. ^_^
June 18th, 2008 at 7:55 am

I’m baaaack!!!
okay i won’t tell u what town i’m in, but i will say i’m in dickey county, north dakota.
my trip was good, thanks 4 prayers, I got the oppurtunity to go through the 3 poorest counties in South dakota on the way to Colorado (idk, one of them is todd, idk the other 2) which are on and next to the native american reservations and alcohol and gambling has just ruined everthing. My church has some missionaries in ND near Devils Lake (Spirit Lake Children of the Harvest) and I so wanna do missions for them next summer after seeing all the gov’t housing and how they literally have no money. And to think there’s whole countries worse than than that… I also felt so protected b/c i went horseback riding which of course can be dangerous and we got through all the mtn passes ok and i’m just so grateful my uncles doing fine and all and i just know that god was keeping my family safe.
June 18th, 2008 at 10:27 pm
is this it:
Matthew:
21″You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘Do not murder,[a] and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ 22But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother[b]will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, ‘Raca,[c]‘ is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.
??? ??? ??? lol
June 18th, 2008 at 10:41 pm
You’re talking about Matthew 5:21-22 from the sermon on the mount. Jesus is talking about murder here. What he’s saying is that anyone who is angry with his fellow believer is subject to judgement by the Jewish council (Sanhedrin). But whoever calls him a “fool” is subject to Hell. I know that doesn’t make much sense now but I’ll be looking into it the next day or so. Nice bringing this up… that never struck me before…
Update: It’s looking like the term “Raca” was a synonym for “fool” but wasn’t thought to be as harsh. Just after saying this Jesus talks about forgiving your brother before you come to the alter. He also talks about nothing in the OT law going away until it’s fulfillment. Here Jesus is adding to the law as he often did. He’s saying that to God, it doesn’t just matter that you don’t KILL your brother. It matters just as much that you hold no grudge against him. I’m still not totally clear on the intricacies of this but I will do my best to find out.
June 19th, 2008 at 6:28 am
Hey Christian! It’s not to see you again! (After a week?!)
Thanks for that pretty cool information. That is really helpful. I also think that it somehow connects to Ephesians 26, “Be angry, and do not sin: do not let the sun go down on your wrath.” I think that when we hold on to our grudge and when we do not give way to forgetting and forgiving, that’s when we begin thinking of ways to get back at people who have hurt us. I believe God is saying that we should put away all bitterness and anger before it turns into revenge. We should let it go and let God deal with it, then with that, we impart grace. We also gain peace in our hearts.

June 19th, 2008 at 9:37 am
hey christian thank you so much i ws tryin to figure out wat it ment and were it wa thank you agian all of u who gave verses and joahnna i LOVE that verse wen im mad i think of that verse in my head all the time ha :]
thanks agian guys
June 19th, 2008 at 9:45 am
Hmm I think that’s even more confusing than I first thought. God actually says, “you foolish man!!! This very night I will take ur life away from u. Then who will get what you prepared for yourself?” in Luke 12:20. So god can say ‘you fool’ but it’s bad…
One reason raca might not be as bad is b/c its in another language. I think ur right, maybe raca is a synonym but it means more of a “you need to gain wisdom” than a full out “you retard!!!”
Now we see only a dim likeness of things. It is as if we were seeing them in a mirror. But some day we will see clearly. We will see face to face. What I know now isn’t complete. But someday I will know completely, just as God knows me completely.— 1 Corinthians 13:12
I know that’s a little off-subject, but its a really great promise that we will only need to be confused for a little while b4 we can know for all eternity.
June 19th, 2008 at 9:48 am
Out of curiosity: what everyone’s fave verse? mines Jeremiah 1: 4-8 b/c it talks about how god has a huge long plan for us thats bound to work if we listen to him and then it goes on to say that age isn’t important if you do all that god asks of you.
June 19th, 2008 at 11:33 am
i dont really have a favorite one but i love the one joahnna said and i love…
“it is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous but the sinners.” Mark 2;17
i love this because Jesus is saying plane out that if u thik ur perfect and never sin i will not come help u
also..”For it is no longer i that live, but Christ who lives in me; and the life i now life i live in the fleshh i live by faith in the son of God, who loved my and gave himself for me” Gal. 2:20
June 19th, 2008 at 12:15 pm
Wow. Thanks for that insight Christian even though everyone pretty much lost me here.
My favorite verse is John 11:35.. Just kidding but it still a nice verse. It tells you Jesus was human and had feelings. I think a real favorite is Matt 28-30,
Why worry about clothes? Look how the wild flowers grow. They don’t work hard to make their clothes. But I tell you that Solomon with all his wealth wasn’t as well clothed as one of them. God gives such beauty to everything that grows in the fields, even though it is here today and thrown in a fire tomorrow. he will surely do even more for you!
The point is not about clothes, but that if you love God surely he will take care of you, even when it doesn’t seem like it.
June 19th, 2008 at 12:15 pm
Matt. 6:28-30**
June 19th, 2008 at 1:46 pm
Hey Joahnna, I didn’t even know my town had a website! (ha ha!!!) And I’ll bet you saw pictures of maybe the old train depot or the gazebo or something like that (not much to look at, huh?!).
See ya later…
June 19th, 2008 at 1:49 pm
Oh, and Natalie, my favorite verse is Phillipians (did I spell that right?!) 4:13: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
June 19th, 2008 at 5:59 pm
Thats my mom’s fave verse!!! That and Ephesians 3:20 I can do immeasureably more through God working in me. More than I could ever ask or imagine.
June 19th, 2008 at 6:08 pm
HEY NAT!
“Now we see only a dim likeness of things. It is as if we were seeing them in a mirror. But some day we will see clearly. We will see face to face. What I know now isn’t complete. But someday I will know completely, just as God knows me completely.— 1 Corinthians 13:12… I know that’s a little off-subject, but its a really great promise that we will only need to be confused for a little while b4 we can know for all eternity.”
THIS IS SO TRUE! MY MOM TELLS ME THAT SOMETIMES THERE ARE QUESTIONS THAT SEEM LIKE THEY DO NOT HAVE ANSWERS. WE SHOULD JUST HAVE FAITH AND SEE. HUMAN MIND CANNOT COMPREHEND THE WISDOM AND WAYS OF GOD. THAT IS, FOR ME, SOOOO MAJESTIC. ^_^
MY FAVOURITE IS EPHESIANS 2:10 “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” That is my life verse since high school. Hmmm… Like 6-7 years ago. ^_^
AND DANIELLE… Likewise! I think of that verse when I am in the verge of bursting with anger. =D
Finally, LAUREN… I don’t remember the pictures. But I would love to visit your town. You’re close to many big cities in NC. So there will be a lot to see. ^_^ Philippians 4:13 is my favourite verse when I was in gradeschool. I even have a song for it when I was 12. Now I am 21, I still remember it. ^_^
June 19th, 2008 at 8:15 pm

June 19th, 2008 at 10:18 pm
Danielle, ur right about us knowing very little, I think a great way to put it is “we can’t fathom something as awesome as God.” Time is so relevant to God. I’m rereading the Voyage of the Dawn Treader in the Chronicles of Narnia (i know i know I’m a little old but they have such awesome spiritual truths!!!) and Aslan says, “Every time is soon to me” and there’s a verse in the bible that says, “a day is like a thousand yrs to god and a thousand yrs is like a day.”
Oh, and Joahnna I wrote a song for Ephesians 3:20. So I know what u mean about writing songs for verses. I remember I wrote it the sunday morning after ATF Minneapolis 08. I became a Christian instead of just faking it Friday night, heard that verse Saturday, and then woke up the next morning with this tune in my head and grabbed a hotel pen and paper and wrote it on the bathroom counter b/c my mom was still asleep. I was so happy b/c for yrs i’d been writing music but it was all secular junk and I finally knew that I was right with god b/c the songs were coming out finally!!! It’s such a simple song I can still of course remember it… its really not that good but finally the content was right!!!
June 20th, 2008 at 7:35 am
Natalie I’m reading that book too! CS Lewis has an amazing way of putting the scriptures into a way of understanding them easily. I like the last sentence he wrote in the last book… That one is really good.
June 20th, 2008 at 9:21 am
I know!!!! But I was so confused when I read it the first time. I was like, “okay, revelation came, they went to heaven, yeah” but then I got to the last sentance and I was like, “what? that can’t be right!” and I reread the last page and I was still so shocked!!!
All of them have strong spiritual truths but my fave book is The Horse and His Boy b/c Shasta gets to talk one on one w/ Aslan and what he says is kinda one of the things that goes along w/ my fave verse. (Jeremiah 1:4-8) And there’s this one sentance in the end of Voyage of Dawn Treader where Aslan says, “I brought u to this world so that by knowing me here you could find me in ur own world. But there I go by a diff name and u must learn to call and obey me by that name,” thats not exact but w/e its probably CS Lewis’s main reason for writing the books. He wrote tons of other Christian books like “Mere Christianity”
June 20th, 2008 at 1:54 pm
The Horse and His Boy is my favorite too! I know he also wrote this sci-fi book which I am gonna try to read again cause it made no sense what so ever.
June 20th, 2008 at 2:27 pm
wow that sounds like you had a great night. i know how that is it has happend to me before. it was really funny cause i screamed at the top of my lungs and my sister laughed at me. i dont remeber what mine was.

June 21st, 2008 at 9:11 am
Ever since I was last on here to tell all you guys about my story about the moths I use to be scared of (really don’t ask) I been having them in my room every night since then. My dog Mitzy is going crazy with them because she is a wierd dog and likes to chase them and then eat them. I just thought that was ironic that since then, every night I have had one.
June 21st, 2008 at 9:18 am
Yeah there is like 3 of them… The one I’m about to read again is Out of the Silent Planet. It isn’t super long but it is a little lengthy and there is like 150+ pages but no more than 300. The print is really tiny too.
June 21st, 2008 at 9:53 am
man u guys need to like post more stuff! like its beem since june 8th! THATS MY LITTLE SISTAS BIRTHDAY!!!!! lol anywho! today is my dads birthday!
Unhindered, when are ur birthdays??
June 22nd, 2008 at 3:02 am
Thanks Danielle! Being 21 is really amazing. I can do a lot of things yet there are more decisions you have to do on your own. I’m the eldest among my siblings and youth ministry so I see to it I am a role model to them so I am careful and cautious in so many ways. But I miss being 15 too! I think it is cool that Unhindered guys are almost just my age. I think it is so cool of them that at that very young age they do a lot of things, travel, play and just have fun and serve God in many a great ways. That is what most 21-22-23 years-old wanna do! Ha! ^_^
And Natalie, the song I have has more like a kid tune to it! Har, ^_^ Keep on creating music!
June 22nd, 2008 at 3:04 am

So Jaycee how is Cali? I’ve been to Palm Springs, but I was only in 2nd grade…. By the way isn’t Cali crawling with scorpians?
June 23rd, 2008 at 6:37 am
Hmmmmmm… I know I wanna go to the Honor Academy…. but I don’t have the talent for CCM. Idk what i wanna be but it’s not in music, or medical. This sounds totally hilarious but I do love talking and if i’ve got a spiritual gift thats probably it…. Hey, my friends always tell me I have “watery eyes” and now that I think about it they look like Mike Guzzardos….
Oh, well that’ll probably change w/ in the wk and then change to somethin else in a few days, etc….
June 23rd, 2008 at 8:45 am
eww jaycee i wouldnt be able to sleep either haha i want to go to cali :]

natalie u pro be one too :]
June 23rd, 2008 at 9:23 am
I saw Ron Luce preach last week at TM. It was so cool! Check out my website’s photogallery for pics… I don’t have favorites. They are very good speakers.. Joel Johnson is good too. Natalie, CCM is also like for talking and acting. You good go to learn how to do hosting stuff and public speaking.
June 23rd, 2008 at 10:02 am
lol I live in Tyler Tx, so I have seen Ron Luce a few different times speeking and not!
On guy I wen to see speek that was really cool was lastnight. His name is David Cunningham (the movie maker and son of Loren Cunningham “head or YWAM”)! He was really good!
June 23rd, 2008 at 10:51 am
Oh, Natalie, there’s also a verse that I like, but I can’t think of it right now. It’s really cool though, because it talks about how you may be entertaining angels without knowing it. I’d love to think that I could be talking to an angel when I least expect it…
Love and blessings yall!
June 23rd, 2008 at 11:00 am

wow thats cool
i would love to go to HA but its not for me tho…
i wanna go to CCM
June 23rd, 2008 at 3:14 pm
Hey DANIELLE! It is very true that being older takes more responsibility. Not just in driving. But you’re right; driving is a privilege for people my age… But hey, I can still go to HA or CCM despite my age. Ha! ^_^ I want to learn more about multimedia, especially creating videos and stenciling (That is the ‘spraying paint/doing art stuff on posters’ you were talking about.) I think Stenciling is cool and I always want to try it.
And for NATALIE… I have watery eyes too! It is just a bit upsetting when people think that I am always crying when I am not! Ha! I love to talk too. I love voicing out my opinions and sharing what I know… I love hosting… I host every youth night and I think I want to hone that skill. I want to try a lot of things…
I believe HA and CCM is a good start especially for those who want to go beyond just art and media… My friend is in HA. It is already her second year. She has a picture of JR in her HA scrap book (Of course, I was jealous!) I miss her… But that is her calling and I know God is gonna use her. I am so proud of her… ^_^
June 23rd, 2008 at 4:57 pm
ha i wanna do the videos and sentiling and taking photos so i wanna go to CCM thats so cool about ur friend acually if u watch the the new ATF video on the site theres a clip of JR onit hah
June 23rd, 2008 at 6:12 pm
Where? My other friend has a picture of BENster too. From last year’s ATF. I was so envious too (Argh. Haha!) I never knew about it until last month. I volunteered at last year’s ATF so I was busy and didn’t have time to go check out the band. I really want to meet everyone. Ever since I saw them at the first ATF I attended at. Especially my fave, BENster. But I am glad to know they are coming again here in Hamilton for this year’s ATF. I’ll make it sure this time to find time to meet and greet them. ^_^
Unhindered, glad to know you are coming in Canada this October. I am so looking forward to that… Brr, I’m so thrilled!
June 23rd, 2008 at 6:26 pm
I love TMM. I don’t know what I want to do honestly.

June 23rd, 2008 at 7:54 pm
oh joahnna did u give ben that nick name ha its cute or…?
i took a pic with all of them twice at battlecry well twice wit ben haha and then another time at ATF but my pic wit pat was blurry bc some girl took it and messd it up but it w.e
June 23rd, 2008 at 7:58 pm
Yup! I gave BENster that nickname for myself. I think it is cute too! Aww, too bad for Pat’s picture. But you have a video clip of them anyway, right? And you could take Pat’s picture anytime you see them again. ^_^
June 23rd, 2008 at 7:59 pm
PS. I was an usher(ette). And I was one of the kids that ‘guarded’ the stage to avoid overcrowding. ^_^
June 23rd, 2008 at 8:10 pm
i don’t have a pic w/ unhindered, my mom and i were by ourselves so we never got a chance. we felt so rushed that i was running and looking off to the side (stupid, i know) and i ran into ben but i don’t think any of them even noticed me b/c someone had just said they did an awesome job and Ben was saying, “hey, thanks, man,” and i gave out this really high-pitched “HI!” before my mom grabbed me and we rushed to get to our seats.
So Unhindered: i’m not gonna ask if u remember me, b/c all i did was say one word and run past at ATF Minneapolis 08, and i know there’s no way i’d remember that!!!
btw, i like ron luce more b/c i read his book battlecry for a generation and LUVED IT and so i already knew what he was passionate about before i heard him speak. and i liked that he shared that personal story about his family and him using drugs, (on mike guzzardo’s website he says he used ‘em too and then had a heartattack) and he just seemed to be more straightforward. this sounds so hypocritical, but mike guzzardo always seemed too emotional and like he was gonna break down crying and we’d all wait twenty minutes while he kneeled down crying in prayer, but the thing is, that’s just the sort of person i am too so it sounds so awful to say!!! lol
June 24th, 2008 at 8:57 am
Joahnna i wanna user too but i took a pic with pat agian at battlecry and took a video wit them all
natalie its not an awful thing to sayy i think we all have are opinions its not like were sayin we hate them i love both of them and so glad they do what the do but i guess i like mike (as a speaker) than ron but i cant say anythin other than that bc i dont personally know them but yea…
